1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or custom alterations.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- 4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
